We want you to be completely satisfied with your Oco Smart Cloud Camera. If you are not happy with your purchase, you can return your device within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange.
Initiate Your Request
Contact our support team via email or through your Oco account dashboard to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
Prepare Your Package
Securely pack the camera in its original packaging, including all cables, mounts, and manuals to ensure a smooth processing of your return.
Ship the Device
Affix the provided shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location, keeping a copy of your tracking number.
Receive Refund or Exchange
Once our technicians inspect the returned hardware, we will process your refund to the original payment method or ship your replacement unit within 5-7 business days.
